D-Max 8" Pistol

Description

Sten style pistol with 8" barrel. Fires from side feeding WWII surplus 30 rnd .45 ACP grease gun magazines. Sale includes 1 original and 5 additional magazines. Designed specifically for use by law enforcement, but were also made available to the public. Quite accurate and no malfunctions were encountered. The pistol grip and forearm are made of smooth walnut and the vented barrel shroud is made from aluminum. All exterior metal surfaces are Parkerized and then given a "MAX-Coat" finish. Production was limited and then halted shortly after the 1994 Federal Assault Weapons ban rendering this weapon highly sought after by collectors of niche, pre-ban semi-automatic hand guns. The low serial number (00533) suggests it is among the earliest examples produced. This weapon is in very good condition, well preserved with LOW round count, original Max-Coat finish intact and one original magazine. In order to inspect this weapon, please email me.
