Receivers are made of 4140 milled steel on our Haas Machines and then heat treated in house to 45 Rockwell. Barrels are made of 41V50 steel Green Mountain barrel blanks. Each pistol barrel is clocked to the receiver then drilled the gas port. Headspace is then accomplished by pull-thru reamer operation. The gas tower gets press into the barrel after that. Each pistol is pre-assemble and test fire with (2
