Early Arisaka Type 99

Price negotiable No option for 7.7x58 jap in caliber For sale is a solid looking series 4 Type 99 from Nagoya arsenal. Series 4 is the last of the early war type 99s and I would guess it's from 1943. Stock is sanded (not by me) and seemingly finished lightly with linseed oil or something. Nothing really egregious as far as sanding goes. I'm selling it because I'm too broke to shoot it. Missing: monopod, dust cover, wings on anti-aircraft sight, cleaning rod. The sight guards are ground off (front sight is totally intact). Only bolt and receiver are matching. The knurled safety knob is NOT matching (number 790, whereas the rest is 602). Chrome lined barrel and bolt face as is characteristic of early rifles. Trades OK please shoot me any offers though I'm only looking for an M57 pistol *without* a thumb safety right now (I would take an M57+$100). Thank you for looking.
